Returns

  • Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return with the original tag intact.
  • In order to avail the return policy, the jewelry needs to reach us on or before the 30th day from the day it was delivered
  • Refund requests or return/replacement requests will be solely confirmed after we receive the product in its original condition, unworn and with original packaging and certificates.
  • If the purchased jewelry has been altered or modified in any way by the customer or by a third party or item will not send in the original condition, then the Refund does not apply and the item is non-refundable.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs but in some cases, we provide you a return charge, for further please contact us before ship item back.
  • Custom orders and engraved orders are non-refundable.
